Peach Payments has raised $31m in a Series A

South African fintech firm Peach Payments has raised $31m in a Series A funding round led by Apis Partners, which will use its own experience in scaling payments companies to assist in the startup's expansion into new African markets. 

Peach Payments provides a toolkit for businesses to accept, manage and disburse web and mobile payments, and has seen revenue surge by more than 650% since 2020, with an 80% growth rate in 2022 alone.

 Peach Payments will use the funds to deepen its product offering and reinforce its merchant value proposition.
